Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You CAN NOT cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

 
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.

Shipping Protection

For a small fee, guarantee your order against theft, loss, or damage during delivery.

✔ Theft – If Australia Post confirms delivery but your parcel is stolen from your home or postal address, we’ll replace it.|✔ Loss – If Australia Post loses your parcel in transit, we’ll resend it free.
✔ Damage – If your parcel arrives damaged and your items are unusable, we’ll send a replacement.

All you need to do is provide photo proof (and Australia Post confirmation where needed) — and we’ll handle the rest.
If something happens, we replace it. Simple.


Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at team@forcetape.com.au (You cannot cancel Pre orders or Back Orders)

  • Before Shipment: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping with a fee applied. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, once you receive your order, you may be eligible to return it if it meets the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Before Shipment fees:

  • Cancellation fee: $4.95 (covers administrative and banking processing fees)
  • Refund: Full product amount minus $4.95 processing fee
  • Contact us immediately to cancel

After Shipment fees:

  • We can offer store credit (valid for 12 months) for the full product amount, OR
  • If you prefer a full refund, a $4.95 processing fee will apply (covers administrative and banking processing fees)
  • Product must be returned to us at your cost
  • Refund: Full product amount minus $4.95 processing fee

 

Please note that cancellations due to a change of mind are not accepted once the order has been shipped however if unsatisfied with the product once received you may reach out to exercise our 30-Day Money back guarantee *T&Cs Apply*
