Peel Off the Backing:
- Carefully peel the strip from its backing, avoiding touching the adhesive side.

- Place the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils.
- Ensure the strip is centered and even on both sides.

Press Down Firmly:
- Press down on the strip with your fingers to ensure a secure fit.
- Make sure the ends of the strip adhere well to your nose.

Check the Fit:
- The strip should feel snug but comfortable, with no gaps or loose edges.
- Gently lift the edges of the strip.
- Slowly peel off the strip, starting from one end and moving to the other.
- If there is any adhesive residue, wash it off with warm water and mild soap.
- Apply the strip at least 15 minutes before starting your activity or going to bed.
- Avoid applying the strip to broken or irritated skin.
- For optimal performance, use a new strip for each application.
