Returns & Exchanges Policy

Pre orders & Back Orders are NON-Refundable, we can only issue store credit or exchanges.

Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, our returns policy makes it simple to return or exchange products.

Eligibility for Returns (outside Risk Free Trial)

  • Products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Gift cards or vouchers are non-refundable (but can be exchanged for products).

We believe in the performance of our Airflow+ Nasal Strips & Mouth Tape, which is why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

This guarantee is only valid for first-time customers making their first purchase from Force Tape.

Try them risk-free for 30 days. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery date and we will:

  • Refund your order in full, or
  • Exchange it for another product that may better suit your needs.

Important: This 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to first-time orders only and must be claimed within 30 days from the delivery date (not purchase date).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service – Reach out with your order number and reason for the return. (team@forcetape.com.au)
  2. Receive Return Authorisation – Our team will provide you with authorisation and instructions.
  3. Return the Product – Ship the product back to us following the instructions provided. Make sure it's securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.


Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Unused Products (You Ordered Wrong Product):

If you've ordered the wrong product and it's completely unused:

  • Exchange is FREE – we'll send you the correct product at no exchange charge
  • Return shipping is at your cost (you have return the item)
  • Replacement shipping is FREE (we cover the cost to send your replacement)
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Used Products:

Used products are NOT eligible for exchange. UNLESS 👇

Exception: If this is your first order from Force Tape, used products may qualify for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see above) – first-time customers only.

Standard Exchange Process:

Simply return the item to us (return shipping at your cost). Once we receive it, we'll cover the cost of sending your replacement product.

You only pay to send it back, and we'll make sure the replacement gets to you at no extra charge.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.


Change of Mind Policy

If you've simply changed your mind and no longer want your order there are rules that apply:

Before Shipment:

  • Cancellation fee: $4.95 (covers administrative and banking processing fees)
  • Refund: Full product amount minus $4.95 processing fee
  • Contact us immediately to cancel

After Shipment:

  • We can offer store credit (valid for 12 months) for the full product amount, OR
  • If you prefer a full refund, a $4.95 processing fee will apply (covers administrative and banking processing fees)
  • Product must be returned to us at your cost
  • Refund: Full product amount minus $4.95 processing fee

Important: Products must still meet our return eligibility criteria above (unused, unopened, within 30 days of purchase date).

Note: The $4.95 processing fee does NOT apply to:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee claims (first-time customers)
  • Wrong product exchanges (unused products)
  • Damaged or incorrect products received
