Airflow+ Nasal Strips
They work — and the mechanism is straightforward. The strip physically lifts and widens your nasal passages using a spring-like flex band. This isn't a placebo. Our Airflow+ strips open nasal airways by up to 35%, increasing oxygen flow to your brain and lungs with every breath. The difference is most noticeable during training when you're pushing hard and your body needs maximum oxygen delivery.
Science note: Every nasal breath produces nitric oxide in your sinuses — a vasodilator that increases oxygen absorption. Mouth breathing bypasses this entirely. Nasal strips help you get more of it.
Clear strips are for low-intensity activity — walking, light training, sleeping, general wear. Black and Blue strips are built for high-intensity output — CrossFit, HYROX, running, riding, and overnight sleep. If you're sweating hard, go Black or Blue. They have a stronger adhesive formulated for performance conditions.
Yes — our strips are sweatproof and latex-free. The key is prep: apply to clean, dry skin before your session. If you've got sunscreen or moisturiser on your nose, pat the area dry first. Athletes use them through full CrossFit workouts, HYROX races, and overnight without issue.
Each strip is designed for up to 12 hours of wear. To remove, wet the strip edges with warm water first, then slowly peel from the edges inward. They're single-use — discard after each session for hygiene and optimal adhesion.
Our strips are made from hypoallergenic, latex-free materials to minimise irritation risk. The vast majority of people with sensitive skin use them without issue. If you have a known adhesive allergy, try a single strip on a small area first.
Absolutely — sleep is one of the best use cases. Nasal strips during sleep improve airflow, help reduce snoring, boost blood oxygen levels, and support melatonin production. All of this contributes to deeper, more restorative sleep and faster recovery. Use Clear for light wear or Black/Blue for a more secure overnight hold.
For snoring caused by nasal congestion or restricted nasal passages — yes. By widening the nasal airway, you increase nasal airflow and reduce the need to mouth breathe during sleep, which is a primary cause of snoring. Note: if your snoring is caused by sleep apnea or throat obstruction, see a specialist.
Grip+ Thumb Tape
You can — but you shouldn't have to. Hook grip tears, blisters, and cuts limit how hard and how long you can train. They're not a badge of honour, they're unnecessary friction between you and your next PR. Grip+ lets you train longer without your thumbs being the weakest link. It's not about being soft — it's about removing a limitation that has nothing to do with actual strength.
No. Grip+ is made from high-quality, flexible cotton that moves with your thumb rather than restricting it. Once applied correctly, it feels like a second skin. The non-slip surface actually enhances your grip on the bar. Takes one or two sessions to get used to the wrapping technique, then it's second nature.
Most cheap tapes peel mid-session, cause irritation, or restrict movement. Grip+ is hypoallergenic, extra strength, and sweatproof — stays in place without cutting circulation or peeling under load. We're also the only dominant Australian performance tape brand, meaning local pricing and fast shipping.
Each roll is 3.8cm × 5m. Most athletes get 8–15 sessions per roll depending on wrapping style. Our 3-pack and 5-pack are the most popular. The 10-pack is best value for high-volume trainers.
Yes. Rock climbing, gymnastics, martial arts, CrossFit pull movements, and motocross all benefit. If your thumbs are taking punishment, Grip+ protects them.
Recovery+ Mouth Tape
Yes — when used correctly. Recovery+ Mouth Tape uses a gentle adhesive that keeps your lips lightly closed without sealing your mouth. Your body's natural reflexes remain active. Note: If you have severe sleep apnea or any breathing condition, consult your doctor first.
Mouth breathing during sleep causes dry mouth, disrupted sleep, increased cortisol, and reduced recovery. By keeping your mouth closed you force nasal breathing — activating nitric oxide production, improving oxygen absorption, supporting deeper sleep, reducing snoring, and lowering resting heart rate over time.
No — the opposite. Mouth taping reduces dry mouth by keeping moisture inside. The adhesive is gentle and designed for skin contact. If your lips are already dry, apply a light lip balm and let it absorb fully before applying the tape.
